All County Collision is opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art collision repair facility in Oxford, FL, and we're looking for an experienced Collision Estimator / Repair Advisor to join our growing team.

We believe collision repair is about more than fixing vehicles—it's about restoring safety, earning trust, and providing an exceptional customer experience. If you're organized, customer-focused, and take pride in doing repairs the right way, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE.
Review OEM repair procedures and develop complete repair plans.
Communicate with customers throughout the repair process and provide regular status updates.
Work with insurance companies to negotiate supplements and ensure proper repairs.
Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to keep repairs moving efficiently.
Schedule repairs and manage workflow to meet production goals.
Deliver completed vehicles and ensure every customer has an outstanding experience.
Maintain accurate documentation and repair files.
Build relationships with customers, insurance partners, and referral sources.

Qualifications:

Collision estimating experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Experience with CCC ONE is a plus.
Knowledge of OEM repair procedures is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
