Collision Parts Coordinator
All County Collision & Repair is seeking an organized, dependable Collision Parts Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for ensuring the right parts are ordered, received, inspected, and ready to keep repairs moving efficiently. We repair vehicles according to OEM repair procedures and are looking for someone who values quality, accuracy, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Order OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and remanufactured parts for collision repairs.
- Verify parts against repair plans and inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage.
- Label, organize, and stage parts for technicians.
- Track orders and proactively resolve backorders or shipping delays.
- Coordinate with estimators, technicians, dealerships, and vendors.
- Process returns, core credits, and warranty claims.
- Maintain accurate records using shop management software.
- Help minimize repair delays by ensuring parts are available when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
- Assist with inventory management and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Automotive or collision repair experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
